umm... im not to sure of what you can do, but Miss... if you look at this.
I have brought The 39 Steps as my first book, was wondering whether 'Heart of Darkness' would be appropraite. Is written by Joseph Conrad.

I don't have my notes with me Charlie...what was your area of focus?? Heart of Darkness is an excellent text to look at - it deals with racism, postcolonial writing, the 'other', inner conflict, discovery of the truth, etc....google it to see what it is about and to see if there is a link. Is the 39 steps a mystery??
Paul - because i haven't seen you for so long you'll have to refer closely to the comparison coursework handout notes given to you in class and work from there.
Th eresearch task is in the first booklet given to you on Romanticism. you will find it clearly labelled Researcg Task....get busy!!
