seeing as i haven't posted anything on here for a while i thought I'd leave some more of my poetry that I've been doing recently. i hope you all like and enjoy this one, it kinda means a lot to me. again, this one has no title so suggestions would be appriciated.
I don't think you will
ever fully understand
how you've touched my life
and made me who i am.
I don't think you could ever know
just how truly special you are
that even on the darkest nights
you are my brightest star.
I don't think you will ever comprehend
how you've made my dreams come true
or how you've opened my heart
to love and the wonders it can do.
You've allowed me to experience
something very hard to find
unconditional love that exists
in my body, soul and mind.
I don't think you could ever feel
all the love i have to give
and I'm sure you'll never realise
you've been my will to live.
You are an amazing person
and without you i don't know where I'd be.
Having you in my life
completes and fulfills every part of me.

AWWW, Cheers Beau ;)
no problem Craig :D however its not for you hehe. and what did you think of it?
i thought it was very good! Keep up the good work matey!
So who is it about then, if not me?? LOL
Beau!!!! That's just amazing...well done! Without wanting to be too teacherish and analytical, I loved the imagery you used (esp stanza 2...the contrast here works really well) and the sentiment is just beautiful.
Lucky lucky person who inspired this (bad luck Craig).
In terms of a title, it could simply just be 'You...'
Keep writing Beau - the world needs sport journalists like you with a romantic side :)
first of all, Craig, that's for me to know and for you to never find out LOL!
and thanks very much miss, you've made me start blushing, but im really quite proud of that. one of, if not, the best pieces of writing ive ever done. and thanks for the title suggestion, i quite like it. ive always been pretty good at writing but terrible at thinking of titles. and yes, very true, the world does does need more sentimental journalists out there, they all seem to hate everything they write about.
I like that title
